Do you think "marriage" is an innate desire or a teaching?

does marriage change the love? does it change the trust? or is it just extra bills and paper work? While their are wonderful legal advantages and disadvantages , is it really worth it considering all the things that are bond to happen in life anyway? i.e times change people change taste change. Do you think marriage is a teaching or something innate that people are born wanting to do? I understand that everyone is born blank but some things you don't need to learn to know you feel it like feeling horny.
