How could she be so blonde? I doubt it?

I didn't see my neice in age. I just saw her last night. Well, her mother is half white half asian and my father ( my brother) is white. How is possibility to have a child who is so blonde with hazel eyes. My neice is now 2 years old. She has a bit asian features on her though but blonde???? Im curious? How could it be happend? Please explain to me. Im not a doctor.
