What color should I dye my hair?

Right now I have light brown hair thats kinda of coppery in the sunlight. I have hazel eyes that have more brown than green.Im white but very slightly darker than most. I want to reinvent myself because Im beginning a new school in the fall. I want a bright color for my hair. What would match my skin and eyes best??
