Dye with lemons? Will this work?

I want two streaks in my hair and I've tried EVERYTHING! My cousin has light brown hair and using a lemOn she dyed her hair hazel. I have dark ash brown hair and right now I am sitting in the sun with lemon juice in the two streaks I want them to be. Will this work? What color will my hair be? Will the wind affect my hair?
