Before feminism, what rights did women NOT have?

Women could not enlist and defend her country, children or man on the front lines where she could enjoy the privilege of slowly dying a painful, lonely death in the cold mud with shattered limbs, her guts hanging out and her best girlfriends brains splattered over her face, intruding in to her mouth. Those rotten chauvinists denied woman that right!!! In fact, they still do.
