If I were you, I would go directly to a dermatologist. He or she would be able to determine the best treatment for your skin that would give you the best results. If you are unable to get to a derm, whether it's because you don't have insurance, can't afford the co-pay, or whatever, I would go with a very very gentle cleanser, and perhaps one with light exfoliation as it will help to remove makeup. Washcloths are also good products to use. You may then follow with a "spot treatment," and non-oily moisturizer. Hope this helps!
