Scientifically speaking have humans always agreed on what makes a woman beautiful?

No! Countries all over the world have different views although skinny body, symmetrical face, etc are becoming the norm. For example, if a women is confident some find that attractive, others say they are stuck-up. It's really in the eye of the beholder.
