What can I do to make my eyes pop?

Wear some shimmery brown eyeshadow, some dark brown eyeliner on the top lashline, white eyeliner on your waterline/lower lashline (NYX has a great chubby stick in "Milk") and very black mascara (I like Covergirl's Lashblast). This should bring out the green in your hazel eyes and make your eyes appear wide and doll-like. Hope this helped :)
