What colour hair dye would work on me?

My damn webcam isn't working so I can't post pics >.< But I'm thinking about dying my hair, not sure what colour though. My friends all say different things. I have hazel eyes though they look green until you get close, ash brown hair, used to be like bright blonde as a child so it has that ash faded look, hence I want to dye it. I have light skin but I'm not totally fair either, guess I'm in between cool and warm features really so I could go anywhere really, I dunno. Thoughts? ^_^
