Do people with pretty eyes purposely stare at people?

My two daughters have beautiful hazel eyes, but my 10 year old son's are just amazing, they are like GREEN GREEN. Like the color of grass lol. Whenever he's in trouble he tries to use them to get out of it. And I notice when he's "running his game" on girls (mostly way older) he always stares at them until finally they pay him the compliment lol. Anyways it's not just my kid, I've noticed lot's of guys with pretty eyes did this growing up. Do you think it's on purpose? If you have pretty eyes do you ever do it on purpose?
