Is drawing more of an innate talent or a skill that can be developed?

I think you have to have both! If you have no talent, you can always teach yourself but it might take more time to learn and be more frustrating. But if you have innate talent and skill, it will be more enjoyable, less frustrating and easier. And more fun!!
